1. Introduction Welcome to Morris and Paws! By using our services, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms are designed to ensure the safety and satisfaction of all clients and their pets.
2. Services Offered Morris and Paws provides professional pet care services, including but not limited to dog walking, pet sitting, cat sitting, and small animal care. All services are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.
3. Booking and Payment
- Booking Process: All services must be booked through our official communication channels (e.g., website, phone, email).
- Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. deposit may be asked for depending on service.
- Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other approved payment methods.
- Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional fees. recurring late payments may result in termination of service.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Notice Period: Services cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged at the full rate. 4 weeks notice is required for recurring services.
- Refunds: Refunds will only be issued for cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service.
- Force Majeure: Cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters) will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Accurate Information: Clients must provide accurate and complete information about their pets, including medical history, behavioral traits, and emergency contacts.
- Home Access: Clients must ensure access to their property for scheduled services (e.g., providing keys or access codes). Keys may be securely stored for future use with client consent.
- Consent Forms: Clients may be asked to sign consent forms for certain services.
6. Morris and Paws Responsibilities
- Pet Care: We are committed to providing professional, compassionate, and reliable care for all pets.
- Safety: We prioritise the safety of pets and will take reasonable precautions to ensure their well-being.
- Communication: Clients will receive updates about their pets during the service period, as agreed.
7. Health and Safety
- Illness and Injury: In the event of a pet’s illness or injury, we will contact the client and/or the pet’s veterinarian. Emergency veterinary care may be sought if deemed necessary.
- Aggressive Behavior: Morris and Paws reserves the right to refuse or terminate services for pets displaying aggressive or dangerous behavior.
8. Liability
- Morris and Paws is fully insured for the services provided. However, we are not liable for:
- Pre-existing medical conditions or health issues.
- Damage caused by pets to property or other animals.
- Loss or theft of personal items left within the client’s home.
- Behaviour that has not been stated in initial meeting.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring their property is secure and safe for the provision of services.
9. Confidentiality All client information, including personal details and access information, will be kept confidential and used solely for the provision of services.
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions Morris and Paws reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes in advance.
